Nick Pattison - Eighteen years music industry experience developing applications and IT strategies for the worlds leading record labels. Trained as a financial analyst, he developed financial and business systems at Warner Music International before moving to Universal Music International. After successfully developing the international systems during rapid expansion and change, he became Vice President of Business Technology, responsible for Universal's non-US operations, encompassing music, TV, publishing, and recreation. Nick brings to VTS an innovative approach to systems and information management, delivering major projects with vision and regard for excellence at all levels.

Stephen Daglish - Stephen was previously Vice President of Royalties and Repertoire at Universal Music International, where he was responsible for the development of a new suite of rights management applications, this followed 16 years with EMI. Stephen brings to VTS his rich experience in rights management and royalties. Elegant solutions are only possible taking the right approach and knowing which is the right approach is borne from experience. Dej Mahoney - A twelve year career with Sony Music, where he was Vice President Of Business Affairs. Dej is a respected figure in the music industry and brings to VTS a wealth of experience dealing with owners of intellectual property rights. As a Non-Executive Director, Dej will advise the company on legal and commercial aspects relating to the software applications, whilst ensuring that VTS remains focused on user-friendly excellence and added practical value. He will of course play a significant role in client liaison with the music industry and in the development of our on-line services for artist management.

Caroline Boyd, Arc Software - Arc Software provide core technologies in database development for Virtual Track Software applications and bring expertise in record company work-flow and information routing. Arc Software developed Universal's system for track clearance and has a history of developing complex intellectual property databases.
